Prior to starting OpGo, I worked in accounting and learned the importance of cash flow, productivity, and accountability. While working directly with business owners, I realized what businesses really need are marketing advocates…. marketers who really care about the bottom line for the business. There are a lot of “shiny objects” in marketing that create wow factors, but many of them don’t move the needle, they just look cool. At OpGo, we look past the “cool” and focus on sales goals.
Tanner Bechtold is a Junior at North Dakota State who is majoring in marketing. He’s savvy with multiple marketing software applications, pays attention to detail, and is passionate about new ideas. Outside of marketing, Tanner enjoys spending time at the lake, time with friends and family, and being an avid sports fan. He is originally from Sartell, Minnesota and graduated from Sartell High School in 2015. Since then, he has been through a couple of majors including computer science and sport management, but finally found his calling to marketing.
Drue’s focus is on search-engine marketing (SEM), content strategy, and she also does industry research. She studies strategic communications at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis/St. Paul. She discovered her passion early while competing, networking, and eventually becoming co-president of her local DECA chapter. Drue is certified in Google AdWords and strives to expand her expertise in consumer behavior.
